Broccoli flan with caprino cheese and Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
- 1 tube Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
- 53 oz broccoli
- 5.3 oz Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 oz Butter
- 8.8 oz Flour
- 8.5 fl oz Milk
- 7.1 oz Caprino cheese
- Salt, nutmeg
Cook the broccoli in salted boiling water for 15 minutes, then sieve them.
Boil milk with salt and nutmeg, add melted butter with flour to obtain a very dense bechamel. When the bechamel is cold, add the egg yolks and the broccoli passed into Parmesan cheese. Whip the egg whites and add them to the dough.
Divide the dough into halves, then in one half add Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste.
Butter and flour the molds for crème caramel, pour first the green dough, then the red dough and bake at 356°F for 40 minutes.
Heat a few spoons of milk with caprino cheese, pour it on the flan and serve.
