Penne with Mutti tomato puree, capers and mozzarella

Farmer style pork chops with Mutti finely chopped tomatoes Pork hotpot


  • 60 g Mutti Tomato Puree
  • 120 g penne pasta
  • 20 g onions
  • Basil 
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 g giant capers
  • 30 g diced mozzarella

How to prepare

Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Brown onions in olive oil, add capers, salt, pepper, basil and Mutti Tomato Puree, and cook for 10 minutes. Drain pasta and put in a pan with sauce, cook for 2 minutes and serve on a plate, topped with mozzarella.
