Diced tomato pulp
Thick, bright red pulp with its intense aroma is made from sun-ripened tomatoes and is only made during the summer. Harvesting and processing are done on the same day to conserve the tomatoes’ freshness, color and aroma. Nothing else is added. It is not diced as finely as the fine Pulp so it's perfect to cook vegetables or dishes like ratatouille or a peperonata..
